RaceMATE Recording Software


RaceMATE is a new product that aims to truly simplify cattle identification (NLIS) recording - making it faster and easier.  Developed by Australia’s leading agribusiness information company, it has been exhaustively trialled with a combined herd of +100,000 cattle running across multiple properties.

RaceMATE is available in 2 versions to cover all sectors of the market:

for single herd operations - provides an economic way to manage NLIS recording, saving your time, energy and of course money.  Cost $275 incl. GST

for larger operations with multiple herds, requiring more management information and possibly running cattle over a number of properties. Cost: starts at $1,000 - price is based on herd size and operational complexity.
 

RaceMATE Lite

This low-cost system is designed for small to medium herds.  It covers all the basics and essentials of NLIS recording, also produces some key management reports.

Recording

  •  electronic capture of NLIS IDs

  •  electronic capture of live animal weight

  •  records treatments, withholding periods etc

  •  records pregnancy status

  •  records animal traits eg. dentition

Functions & Reporting

  •  submits eids to NLIS electronically or paper report

  •  weight gain displayed at race

  •  prints weights, weight gain

  •  prints traits, treatments & movements

  •  sends animal details electronically to buyer eg. feedlot.


This vital program allows you to comply with NLIS obligations as well as participating in marketing alliances that require complete traceability and details of treatments.

 

RaceMATE Commercial

The system for larger cattle enterprises, including those that run cattle on multiple properties.

Built on that latest .Net software from Microsoft®, this program allows satellite recording on-farm to be synchronised on a central server, controlling all recording and interaction with any central database.

Recording

  • All the electronic recording facilities of RaceMATE Lite are available

  • Animal breeding details can also be recorded

  • Permits recording to comply with quality assurance standards, facilitating your supply of cattle to premium markets

Functions & Recording

  • All of the reports and central database interaction of RaceMATE Lite

  • Intra-operation property-to-property transfers

  • Export of quality assurance records to a separate file

  • Full breeding program if required, including BREEDPLAN records, Estimated Progeny Differences (EPDs), interaction with breed associations, etc.
