Sophisticated internet search software is used to "crawl and index" livestock-specific content from the entire world wide web. Advanced filters and keywords assist users to find the best results, i.e. your search will bring you very defined results, rather than a list numbering perhaps hundreds of thousands of items.
Users are able to specify species, breed, document source (research institutes, universities, government entities etc), or document type (e.g. word, PDF, xls, PowerPoint presentations etc) in addition to a keyword search when searching the ILRIC Livestock Research collection.
